722.6 k-1 Clutch Drum

722.6 k-1 Clutch Drum Upgrade

This is the upgraded K-2 clutch pack, this is what many consider the weak link of the 722.6 units- 3rd gear torque capacity. As with the other clutch packs, this features additional clutches and steel reaction plates as well as the green high energy clutch material.

K-3 Clutch Upgrade

In this picture is our updated K-3 clutch pack for a Porsche Tiptronic 722.6 automatic. This set up helps 4th gear to handle more torque. This pack gets an extra friction disk and an extra steel reaction plate, again we’re utilizing Green High Energy friction material. This material is somewhat erroneously called “Kevlar” lining.

Keep in mind that although the Porsche 722.6 is very different in many ways, it shares plenty of its internal parts with The Chrysler/Mercedes 722.6, NAG 1, w5A580, etc.

This is a picture of our new updated B1 clutch pack for a Porsche Tiptronic 722.6 automatic. This should do wonders in regards to enabling 5th gear to handle more torque. This gets an extra friction disk and an extra steel reaction plate, we’re utilizing Green High Energy friction material.
